Virtual Presentation of BSBA Students' Research Proposals
It is neither the rain nor the poor signal that can hinder the graduating students of BSBA (Major in Human Resource Management) Program from presenting/defending their research proposal. Under the scrutiny of the panel of experts headed by the Research Chair of CapSU Pontevedra, Prof. Maritess D. Villanueva and the Dean of the College of Management, Prof. Ferdinand Anabo, the Research Coordinator for the BSBA Program, Prof. Kris B. Roxas and with the assistance of the Program Chair, Prof. Mae Ann Balbino and the Course Facilitator/ Extension Coordinator, Prof. John Keneth Ada, the researchers' proposals were presented and defended virtually. The following are the presenters in their Corporate Attires and their Research Proposals.

Intensive Research Workshop at Leon Ganzon Polytechnic College (LGPC)
The Research and Extension Department of the College of Management provided an Intensive Research Workshop at Leon Ganzon Polytechnic College, Maya, Balasan, Iloilo on March 23, 2022. This Workshop was led by the Research Chair of the Campus, Prof. Maritess Villanueva along with the Dean of the College, Prof. Ferdinand Anabo, Research Coordinators, Prof. Kris Roxas and Prof. Leah Yakit, and Extension Coordinator, Prof. John Keneth Ada.
The day was full of problem seeking and seeing the opportunities out of it. It aims to enhance the research skills of the participants and to inspire them to conduct researches that will be beneficial to their community or the society as a whole. The event was graced by the Campus Administrator of CapSU Pontevedra, Dr. Honey Lee E. Casa.
